Volkswagen has revealed its all new T-Roc Cabriolet which will make its public appearance at the 2019 Frankfurt Motor Show in September and is expected to go on sale in Spring 2020 
The T-Roc Cabriolet will be available in Design and R-Line trim levels, a full specification list is yet to be revealed however VW are likely follow the existing model lines, with the Design comprising of a choice of dashboard colours , front and rear parking sensors, ambient lighting , smartphone mirroring and adaptive cruise control. 
 
Upgrading to the R-Line give a sportier look and has heated front seats, lowered suspension , progressive steering and both the Design model and R-Line model will have 17” Alloy wheels, automatic emergency braking and Lane keeping assist. 
 
The engine range consists of two versions , with the entry level turbocharged 1.0 – litre petrol engine 113hp and the more powerful 148hp options both available in 6 –speed manual gearbox with the 148hp model being available with a 7 –speed dual clutch automatic grearbox. 
 
Volkswagen are hoping that the release of the new T-Roc Cabriolet will sell much better than the Range Rover Evoque Convertible which was discontinued recently due to poor sales and is the first cabriolet model to have been released by Volkswagen for 2 years so they are expecting big things !!!
